Owego, New York is a town with a lot of potential. Unfortunately, it also has a lot of heavy truck traffic through some of its nicest sections. Though the Village of Owego has some interesting historical homes and small shops, the incessant traffic takes away any feeling of quaintness it might have. Maybe we just visited during the wrong day as it was during the week. Maybe it's quieter on the weekends.
