Norwich is a gem of a town. It has many well-maintained older houses that come in all colors, in fact, Norwich overall is a very colorful place. It seems to have a genuine small town atmosphere too, almost like in the movie Back to the Future. Downtown you find the county courthouse, a movie theater, and some stores; and kids can still ride their bikes there to eat homemade ice cream.
